Final

Finally,final artwork was created. Why we choose it to become our final? We done the final with easy 2D painting. Besides, From, the artwork we can easily understand the meaning of inspiration. Not that only, it also tell us that multimedia come from two part, digital and old method but there are also inspiration. When we link it together, we can be more creative and combine it to become a new idea n multimedia through inspiration.

The conclusion:
1. Green--> regeneration-->Inspiration is green, when we show our care to others.

2. Nature-->Inspiration and creativity are closely related, just the relationship of human and nature.
3. Fresh @ oxygen-->When you can feel the breath of inspiration, you can produce good work.

So, our final statement is:

Title:
Creative Multimedia and Inspiration.

Creative Multimedia is divided into two parts, which is the “Creativity” and “Multimedia”. It is often seen on television broadcast and normal people do not realize that. 3D and 2D animations, all types of game, all genres of song and also all kinds of video involve forms of interaction between the people and creative multimedia. Frequently we see commercials at everywhere, but how many out there realize that the commercials were designed thoughtfully by the Creative Multimedia designers that include web designers, photographer, 3D/2D artists, modelers, VFX multimedia artists, game developer artists, animators, photographers and etc.?

Multimedia designs involve many medium as we understand, and it could be delivered in both digital and traditional methods. Most of the time, the people from Creative Multimedia are required to think out of the box, creating something that is new and never done by anyone before. This process itself requires a heavy brainstorming of ideas, effective solutions, and insight. Hence, inspirations are important to designers to create an artwork that is attractive, remarkable, and solve problems for others. Let’s peer deeper into “Inspiration” that contains pure thoughtful ideas.

According to Dictionary.com, the definition of Inspiration is the process of making others to be excited, with new ideas to do or create something. Inspiration makes the impossible to be possible. The first airplane was created by the Wright Brothers and the inspiration was come from a bird they saw in the sky. Desire comes next after inspiration. In fact, desire manipulates many feelings and emotions that drive a person to achieve one thing. It makes you learn, self taught, and best, self-improving. The best outcome from having desire is success. We believe that, all things in the world, created by human beings were come from a tiny little bit of inspiration that came from nature, and then further developing the desire attached to the inspiration afterward.

Inspiration gives a better quality of life as the descendants of human being ancestors will always find ways to improvise what had been created. This is a positive action thought that will lead us to seek for solutions. As we turned into a solution-seeker, we will look at the examples created from others, and then learning from the mistakes happened before. Then, a better solution will appear, and we call that a new design. Inspiration could be delivered as a form of hope too. It motivates people to the path to success. In return, inspiration increases one’s self-esteem and eliminates the negative thoughts that created the slogan from Adidas – “Impossible is Nothing.”

The sources of inspiration could come from anywhere. They are all around us – Videos, words, music, arts, paintings, and etc. By looking at others’ works and also life experience, inspiration could be generated easily. Inspiration is a glimpse to the future. It makes thinker invents something based on a thought in the mind. It is a powerful tool that holds the key to alter the world – the community – the norm and the people around you. Inspiration is influential and contagious. It spreads among your friends, and anyone who are closed to you.

Inspiration initiates hope. It drives improvement to come in. It attracts positive thoughts. It makes you confident. It gives you the courage to break the rules. It changes your perception towards life. It alters your view and scope of life. It makes you learn to stop giving up. It allows you to have a different perspective and horizon in life.

Lastly, any one of us can be inspirations to somebody else, whether we know he/she or not. Hence, let us hand in hand create a better world full of inspiration.

Week10 Another week for juxtaposition

Juxtaposition again... However the class is very interesting because of Mr.Radzi Bedu that can nicely interact with student. We are having a great time and this time he talk about juxtaposition on the term that we can use a characteristic of a object to put in our artwork to become creative. However, he mentioned that the characteristic is put into but the object is not been seen in the artwork. After that, he show us many example and after that he given us a picture of traffic light and he want us to use the characteristic of it to make someone stop from smoking. The Image on the top is what i had done base on what he want us to do. Even it look quite funny, however it make us to think that something can be different if we put some new and something from others on it to make it become unique and special.

Week9 Juxtaposition again....

This is what we done and what we learn for this week lecture class,juxtaposition... All of us is given a piece of paper and choose the number we like then base on it we have to create a new object and related it each other. This is just like what we learn in the slide have given. Two thing that seems no connection but we still can try to combine it using our imagination n creativity if we are not stereotype like others. What i have get base on the number is fly spider, flower rock and lighting head. Beside that, we also have to write out a sentences or paragraph base on what Mr.Radzi Bedu given us. For example. love related to chili. Juxtaposition not talk about contrast only, it also talk about two object that contrast but it still can connect to each other.

Week9 Juxtaposition again....(personal reflection)

This week,same lecture and same again topic, juxtaposition again...

But this time in lecture, we done a lot exercise and interactive with Mr.Radzi Bedu. The thing i most remember is that we had told to use two animal in a group of animal and explain if they merge they cant be survive. Many crazy idea is out by all of us but only one accept by him. However, a student reply him that the animal still can survive with some method and the topic stop right there. What he want to let us understand is if we want to be creative, we cannot be stereotype, however in some class I have met those lecture that quiet stereotype and stick to it. But I wont let myself to be like that and I will learn from juxtaposition and make myself a crazy and creative person. A crazy people only can produce a creative idea.Haha.

Week8 Juxtaposition2

This week,same class,same lecture and same topic,juxtaposition. However, this week lecture is giving more and talk more deeper about juxtaposition.For example,oxymoron.

What is Oxymoron? Oxymoron from what i heard and understand by what lecture said is that two element that no connection to each other and make it become a comparison or a combination to let us understand.For example, lecture is using a child and two kitten to related.When we just see it,we wont feel any related.However, we discover that they have a same point,childhood.And this is what we call oxymoron that come from juxtaposition.

Personal reflection

This class is finish quite fast and early.However, I have learn more about juxtaposition and more understand about it.I will try to put it in my artwork so i can create some creativity and awesome stuff.

Week7 Juxtaposition

Two object with contrast that place with each other, this is what i understand about juxtaposition.

Shaiya, an online game that quite famous nowadays. In the poster, we can see that they using juxtaposition, good and evil.As we know,good and evil is totally different and opposite.The white angel represent good and the black represent the evil.

This is another juxtaposition. What we can see is that the river is becoming two part. One is green and another is clean. What we can tell about that is that the juxtaposition using the dirty and clean as a contrast to bring out what they want to tell us through this picture.

In the class,lecture also teach us about random juxtaposition.Using two unrelated element or object to design.Beside, lecture also using a series drama that quite famous,Lost,to give us many example of juxtaposition.

Week 6 Personal Reflection

This week class i think is the most interesting class that i have been attend compare last few week. Mr.Radzi Bedu try to interactive with us and make a activity to us so we can more easily remember and understand what he try to tell and lecture us.

I found out that with activity, I can easily understand and remember if compare to watching the slide and hear the explanation from lecture.

With that, I hope on coming lecture class we will have more interactive with lecture and some activity will be do to lets us not be sleepy and boring.Hehe.

Week 6 Mind Mapping

Today, Mr.Radzi Bedu is giving a lecture about mind mapping as it is same topic like last lecture class. However, he concentrate on another side of it.

At first, he write something in two piece of paper and give to a girl and a boy. After that, he ask some question and they have to give the answer immediately. The result he get is the boy correct 1 from 2 and he correct for both for the girl. What he trying to tell us that is about stereotype. As a creative person, we cannot be stereotype, if not, our outcome will not be something that is creative and interesting. We have to think out of box.

After that, he talk about associate mind mapping, which is that it is a mind mapping that i found quiet interesting. The relationship between the point of the mind mapping is very special and creative and in the same time, it is logic.
Mr. Radzi Bedu show us a mind mapping that the main point is mortar and pestle. The branch that come out from it is interesting. Mr.Radzi Bedu then give us a situation that if someone in 20010 year found mortar and pestle, what will he think about it and it usage. With the mind mapping that Mr.Radzi Bedu give, we have to choose three of it and describe how it it connect to mortar and pestle with its usage.

Week4 Mind Mapping

This week lecture class is talk about mind mapping. Actually I had known and using mind mapping when I was still in secondary school especially when doing notes for my studies.

Mind mapping is a way to put information or idea for the topic or subject we want to organized and and make a discussion. It can help us by branch out many links or idea based on one major to a minor and so on. However, there are many types of mind mapping.

Logic mind mapping, it is a mind map that is related to stereotype and directly linked all the idea and information to central idea.

Associate mind mapping, it is a creative mind mapping and it create random words and more importantly is that it can link all the idea together and related to each other.

Week3 Novelty,Creativity,Innovation and Invention

Novelty, Creativity, Innovation and Invention, this is what the class all about this week. From the start, I cant difference between those word and I don't know the meaning of novelty. After the class, I think I have grab some of those meaning.

A new experience or occurrence, that is the define of novelty. It means that we have create a new things that people never experience it in term of the form or it's idea.

Creativity, Last week Mr.Yap had already talked about this and we found out that actually that is nothing that can explain about creativity exactly. It is a form of attitude to us have it in our mind so we can think positive and have the ability to create something new.

For innovation, it is a way of us to create something new that amazing and useful to us. It can be say as a output of the process we done to create something new and creative.

How about invention? Invention is about a product or a thing that already exist and we using it's originality to create something new and better than it. We also can create something totally new and different from it based on our own idea.

Beside, in the class, Lecture have showing us few video clips. I have a deep memory in one of the video clips. It is talk about hand phone. The speaker try to send to a messages for us that hand phone can do many thing beside connect to someone that far away from us. They using their creativity to make hand phone as a ATM machine. I feel that is very great idea and fresh.

They are using invention on it. They using something that already exist and make it become a new thing in another term. For sure, it have make a lot of people more easy with this fantastic idea.

That is what i can get from the lecture's talk. I feel that creativity or making something new is a nice ability that can make everyone in world live more better and easier.

Week 2 Personal Reflection

My reflection for this class...

Actually this class is very long and it make me feel very tired. Some more i have start my class since 10am. So, surely i cant put full attention to it due to my tiredness.

In the class, from the start, Mr.Yap have try to make this lecture to be interesting as it can be and i appreciate the effort from him.

The main topic of this class is about creativity.

Based on the lecture that had given, I agree that creativity is important to us especially us as a designer.

Creative is a form of attitude, ya, I totally agree with that. We have to set a positive mind and attitude, with that only we can achieve creativity that can drop people glasses, haha.

However, creativity no need to be very complicated and fantasy. It is not only about this.

For me, I feel simple and clean is more creative. Nowadays, people are designing thing with many kind of idea n skill n make it very complicated. But for me, i feel that if we can use our own creativity to make thing simple and clean, it will be more successful.

But most important is that we have to be different with others, if not this is not creativity but is copy cat.

So, from the class, I learn that everyone have the ability to be creative even our creativity maybe are not same in aspect but it still is a brilliant idea that created by us.

Week 2 Class Summary

Title : Defining Creativity

Objective : To know about creativity

Lecture : Mr.Yap Sau Bin

In this class, Mr.Yap was talked about creativity.

What is creativity? And who have this ability? Mr.Yap holding a metal stick from the class start till the end and ask us, " What is this? " With the stick, everyone were giving different kind of answer that some looks funny to me.

Besides, Mr.Yap mentioned that everyone is creative, event our parents is creative. Beggar also is creative. Mr.Yap gave us a example like when parents is fixing thing that had broken using their own creativity.

Every single thing around us can be creative and it just depend to us want or not. So, we just have to us our mind and think how to change it to make it different.

From that, we can say that everyone is creative and not only those professional have this ability.

Moreover, we should believe to our own strength that we have the ability to be creative as they are.

Last, Mr.Yap mentioned that creative actually is a kind of attitude like we have to be positive and believe in our mind so that only we can archive our target to be a creative person.

In this lecture, Mr.Yap had told us many thing and try to tell us how to be creative person and I admit that this class is quite success because it can help us to achieve what we have target for,as a creative person.
